One of those scenes was from the first Presidential forum in which Obama denied having supported withholding medical care from infants who have the misfortune to have survived a botched abortion. His campaign had to admit the next day that it was the folks who were lying but The One. That's change you can count on.
"Folks" are lying.
I think Obama means "ordinary white folks."
